Club Floor for VIPs
Club Floor, an exclusive area for business travelers, breakfast buffet, lunch snack, afternoon tea, and evening chocolate and pastry are prepared. Meeting rooms, workstation, separate smoking room and library are also available.
In order to provide distinguished advantage to female guests, it opened Lady’s Floor, a women-exclusive floor, for the first time in Korea in September 2008.
The floor is gaining good feedback from foreign women guests, and Korean female guests also enjoy the floor for a pajama party.
Distinguished Interior and Services
With years of renovation, Lotte Hotel Seoul provides more upgraded services. The main building underwent a renovation for all guestrooms from 2007 to 2009, and its
lobby was moved to 14th floor in 2006, offering more spacious check-in/check-out area.
The renovation of the main building was put in tenders, with four design companies – SOM, Wilson&Associates, HBA and Babey Moulton. Not only the interior but also the service has been innovated. Under the motto of “Lotte, the World Best Hotel,” the hotel has improved service and encouraged its staff to change their mindset for better hospitality. It allows prominent staffers to inspect overseas hotels and hosts sommelier or culinary competitions.
